Just a quick update note because it's very hot and difficult to get motivated to do anything.  Yes, my back still hurts, although it's not quite as painful as last week.   I have cleaned out the rubbish photos from my phone, so can start getting that in order.  

I have been painting, some oil, gouache and watercolour.  Will sort them out for next week.

I participated in the oil live session last Thursday, forgot how frenetic it is.  Very frustrating.  Must get back into the habit of painting as fast as that.

Henry is not coping very well with the heat.  I don't think any of us are.  We've had six weeks of rain, wind and cold and within days of getting back it's so hot and the wind is so light! Typical......
