Still very very hot, so getting anything done has been a bit difficult.  I have completed one picture, which I had initially hoped to frame, but I'm still undecided as to whether it's worth it or not.  Keep it on the mantle piece for a bit longer.  Sacrum still hurts a bit, hence I haven't been swimming.  I hope to try tomorrow.  Fingers crossed.

Henry is still not coping very well with the heat.  Our walks are generally about fifteen minutes in the morning and fifteen in the evening.  I did manage a longer walk with him this morning, but at the moment, he's totally passed out!

We haven't been back out on the boat yet, although we had promised ourselves that we would.  However, Perry is managing to catch up on jobs (jobs list is shrinking).

Perhaps it will be a little cooler next week.  Let's see.
